The recipe for the Chicken Soft Tacos is:
4 frozen chicken breasts
1 can of refried beans
1 (16 oz.) salsa
In a greased crockpot, place frozen chicken breasts. Combine beans and salsa and pour over chicken. Cook 6-8 hours on High or 10-12 on low. Last hour, shred chicken and add 1 cup of sour cream.
Serve in warm tortillas with cheese, sour cream, olives, & lettuce.
From frozen state, you can heat till warm in crockpot or in pan on stove.

Kim, I forgot to tell ya we had these as I was leaving to go out of town, Chad and I really liked them, the kids are a bit picky at times but ate a little bit-but it was really good and so simple too!
